  • This role supports high-volume food and beverage operations across sporting events, concerts, and private functions by leading stewarding staff, managing equipment and inventory, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
  • The position requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event days, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
