The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking an Access Services Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations related to patient access at The Orthopedic and Spine Hospital and the Central Access Business Center. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in patient registration, billing, and scheduling, with supervisory experience preferred

Job Summary

  • Manages the day-to-day Patient Access outpatient operations of The Orthopedic and Spine Hospital (TOSH) and/or the Central Access Business Center (CABC).
  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of the assigned Access Coordinators, and/or Patient Representatives, including time and attendance oversight.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Seven (7) years of patient registration, billing, and/or scheduling
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field
  • Three (3) years of experience in patient registration, billing, and/or scheduling
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
