Job Summary
The HRBP will support business and organizational leaders by providing effective solutions based on thorough investigation and analysis of organizational challenges and problems.
The role involves identifying challenges within development sites and business units and proposing solutions utilizing data analysis across workforce planning, recruitment, organizational and talent development, and leadership development.
The team consists of approximately 15 members with diverse backgrounds who support flexible work styles and communicate in both Japanese and English.
