Job Summary

  • The role involves identifying challenges within development sites and business units and proposing solutions utilizing data analysis across workforce planning, recruitment, organizational and talent development, and leadership development.
  • The team consists of approximately 15 members with diverse backgrounds who support flexible work styles and communicate in both Japanese and English.
