  • APCO Public Safety Telecommunicator certification
  • APCO Fire Service Telecommunicator certification
  • No felony convictions or moral turpitude misdemeanors
  • No DUI/DWI conviction within last five years
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and physical exam
