Job Summary
Provide a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience to all members, serving as representatives of our gym's commitment to exceptional service.
Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, while ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Monitor and manage inventory levels for coolers, beverages, and bar items, as well as track sales performance, and complete gym walks to rack weights, pick up trash, and complete bathroom and locker room checks.
