Job Summary

  • As a Maintenance Worker you perform various maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial and more.
  • Ensure the amenity spaces are well maintained and working properly and maintain grounds and keep them free from trash and debris.
