The successful candidate will lead a team of electrical hardware designers while overseeing advanced module architectures and ensuring robust, high-quality controller designs.
Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in automotive hardware electronics design and demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally within propulsion teams.

Must-have
10+ years automotive hardware electronics design
Transmission Control Module (TCM) hardware expertise
Schematic and PCB layout design proficiency
High-current design and EMI/EMC robustness
Thermal design and packaging knowledge
Microprocessor controller and mixed-signal design
Team leadership and technical coaching
Nice-to-have
Experience with Mentor Graphics tools
Knowledge of MathCad, PSpice, and Saber
Familiarity with ISO 26262 safety analysis
Background in model-based development
Experience with HIL/SIL/MIL validation

Key Requirements
