• The District Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the overall success of the clubs in their designated district by developing our team to ensure we are aligned in providing an exceptionally positive experience for our staff, members, and guests.
• Ensure all gym locations operate efficiently and effectively, adhering to company policies and standards.

Salary

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience
• Minimum of 1 year of multi-unit management
• Must Obtain a CPR and Trainer certification within the first 30 days
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation
