Job Summary

  • The Pharmacy Technician IV serves as functional and technical expert in each area or specialty, leading and directing technical activities in that specialized area.
  • This position coordinates daily workflow, organizes daily assignments, and provides overall support to the operation of the department, functioning to assist the licensed pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical services to patients.
  • The Technician IV aids with assessing Pharmacy Technicians’ performance for annual appraisals, as well as orienting new staff to the Pharmacy area, and may cover additional Manager responsibilities as necessary.
