Job Summary
The Flight Instructor is responsible for delivering high quality flight, simulator and ground instruction to students in compliance with the CAE Global Academy Training standards and Safety standards and applicable aviation authority regulations.
This position is training students with a strong focus on professional behavior and attitude besides strong theoretical and practical knowledge of flying.
The key performance indicators include student pass rate on first attempt on check rides and examinations and client feedback rating through client feedback survey.
