Must-have
Prototype assembly and rework
PCBAs and cable harness fabrication
Electrical component sourcing
Standard electrical test equipment utilization
IPC standards for soldering and crimping
Nice-to-have
Adaptable to fast-paced environments
Experience with task management software
Ability to generate CAD documents
Willingness to work overtime
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as an engineering/electronics technician
Ability to read complex schematics and drawings
Experience building and troubleshooting prototype electro-mechanical hardware
Familiarity with standard electrical prototyping processes
