Job Summary

• The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse operations and procedures to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency, meeting all product, supply, and equipment needs throughout the venue.
• Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, this individual will support event planning and preparation by assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff, prioritizing safety, organization, and sanitation.
• Key responsibilities include ensuring control procedures for cataloging, inventory, storage, and distribution, coordinating with the management team, receiving, storing, and distributing supplies, and submitting damage/discrepancy reports.
