  • Performs patient care-related duties and clinical functions as assigned, including performing and documenting point of care, vital signs, EKGs, bathing, transferring, 1:1 patient observation, and phlebotomy.
  • Completes all documentation such as height, weight, intake of fluids and food, output of urine/stool/vomit/other drainage, and blood glucose results in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
