Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care, and accurately document care provided.
Follow infection control policies, maintain resident confidentiality, and report any safety hazards or suspected abuse promptly.
