This role involves partnering with Account Executives to deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that illustrate how Workday's Enterprise applications can address customer requirements.
The successful candidate will lead solutioning efforts to design comprehensive legacy-ERP replacement solutions and build trusted-advisor relationships with key customer decision-makers.
Workday offers a flexible work approach combining in-person and remote time, requiring at least half of the time each quarter to be spent in the office or with customers.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10-15 years Finance systems experience
Expert knowledge of GL AR AP Fixed Assets
Proven Presales Solution Consulting experience
Strong functional knowledge of Finance enterprise applications
Experience with Oracle Fusion SAP S4/HANA or similar
Nice-to-have
Exposure to Workday Financial Management solutions
Knowledge of AI application in ERP domain
Experience with Procurement and Project Costing
Passion for high-growth evolving organizations
Ability to engage C-level stakeholders like CFO
Key Requirements
10-15 years experience in Finance systems and processes
Relevant Presales and/or Services Consulting experience in India region
Background in Finance practitioner or implementation roles
Experience engaging medium-sized and large enterprises in India
