Base: $95,000 - $125,000 CAD per year; Bonus/Equity: Variable/incentive compensation + equity grants; Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, paid time off, parental leave

Must-have
5+ years independently delivering exercises
Design and facilitate BC/crisis scenarios
Develop after-action reports and track corrective actions
Execute multiple parallel exercises with minimal oversight
Support disaster recovery tests and incident activations
Nice-to-have
Experience with chaos engineering testing
Proficiency with data analytics tools like Tableau
Cloud native technology sector experience
Relevant certification in risk or resilience disciplines
Ability to work on-call schedule including nights
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Risk/Resilience or related field
5+ years of independent exercise delivery experience
