Job Summary

  • This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond.
  • As a functional manager of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of varying experience levels, you will lead a team of structures engineers responsible for the design and analysis of the New Glenn Second Stage secondary structures.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Structures, or Aerospace Engineering
  • 6+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Previous engineering leadership in an aerospace environment
  • Strong personnel, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate, make decisions, lead, and make forward progress in ambiguous environments
  • U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S.
