Job Summary
This senior executive leadership role is accountable for establishing, integrating, and leading Vanguard Europe’s enterprise-wide operational control environment.
The role owns Europe’s Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Third-Party Risk Management, Control Assurance, and Governance frameworks, ensuring the firm can scale safely and sustainably.
Vanguard has an ambitious target to double European assets under management from approximately $500bn to $1tn by 2030, requiring a resilient and well-controlled operating model.
