  • Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients, assesses, organizes, and completes patient care with consideration for patient age, cultural and psychosocial factors.
  • Supports unit/hospital goals through PI and educational activities as evidenced by attending in-services, meeting unit education standards, and completing variance reports.
