Job Summary

• The System Director of Human Resources and Employee Health provides strategic leadership in planning, directing, organizing, and managing the human resources functions, as well as overseeing employee health, employee housing, physician and advanced practice compensation and recruitment.
• This role drives initiatives that align the organization’s people strategy with its mission, vision, and values, and is responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence and compliance.
• The System Director partners closely with Senior Leadership on strategic planning, policy development, and operational improvement across multiple areas, including labor relations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compensation.
