This role encompasses operations and production management, financial reporting, customer agreements, and HR policy implementation to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include ongoing management and goal setting for department managers, team leaders, and staff, as well as initiating and implementing new organizational activities, procedures, and systems at both operational and managerial levels.
