Job Summary

• Serves as a Senior application specialist in Mining Technology industry, leveraging knowledge to improve mining operations, process, change management, increase customer loyalty, and improve sales force effectiveness.
• This position supports new implementations for MineStar Fleet and supplies recommendations back through the Product Development group to influence future product development, market requirements, trends, and key areas for product improvement.
• Provide continuous, on-the-job coaching to ensure correct system usage and optimal operational performance, delivering focused technical coaching to build autonomy, confidence, and operational maturity.
