Control-M Automation API experience
Mentoring and upskilling junior engineers
Operating in highly regulated environments

Role-based access control implementation
Key Requirements
Significant hands-on BMC Control-M experience
Experience leading upgrades and migrations
BMC Certified Control-M Professional (desirable)
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Strong analytical and root cause investigation skills
