Job Summary

  • The Maternal Child Health Representative will greet and guide clients on a tour through the Maternal/Child areas of Virtua Voorhees and Memorial hospital's exhibiting a welcoming, caring environment to prospective patients and their families.
  • Provides accurate information about the facilities and services using scripting provided by Family Health Services and manages client’s expectations through critical thinking and customer service recovery.
