Collaborate closely with Merchandising and cross-functional stakeholders to take ownership of highest-potential opportunities, consistently delivering growth, share gains, and incremental gross profit.
Serve as a mentor and coach, nurturing a team of high performers, while devising career pathways to continuously elevate their capabilities as the team evolves.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, math or related field
Minimum of four years of post-MBA experience
10 years related experience
Proven track record of leading direct/indirect colleagues
Building and leading a small team with cross-functional influence
Engagement manager or equivalent experience with top-tier management consulting firms
4 years category management, product management or merchandising experience in CPG, Retail or Foodservice industry strongly preferred
Experience in food service and B2B industries
