The Concessions Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality.
Essential functions include assisting in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff, and directly managing event day staff while having direct interaction with customers.
The role requires maintaining and controlling high volume food and beverage inventory, training on responsible alcohol service, and enforcing standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
