Base: $168,000 - $252,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Must-have

  • MLOps platform using Kubeflow and Kubernetes
  • Python, Go, and Terraform proficiency
  • Cloud computing and distributed systems
  • Microservices and API development
  • CI/CD for ML components
  • Agentic AI systems familiarity

Nice-to-have

  • Sun-drenched optimism and drive

  • Familiarity with LangChain and LangSmith
  • Experience with Databricks, Sagemaker, or Spark

Key Requirements

  • 6 or more years of validated industry experience
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Proficiency with Python, Go, and Terraform
  • Experience with AWS and GCP
  • Experience running and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
