Must-have
Installation and repair of SUT hardware
Technical support for bioproduction equipment
Frequent travel across EMEA
Customer service and relationship building
Commissioning and qualification of equipment
Use of service management software
Ability to lift up to 25 kg
Nice-to-have
Fluency in German and French
Collaborative and independent work mindset
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with Single Use Technology automation
Flexible working hours and emergency call response
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
3+ years experience with analytical instruments
Valid driver's license with 75-100% travel availability
