Job Summary
The Manager Data Management directly contributes to the delivery of J&J R&D through effective leadership and accountability for Data Management delivery on clinical development programs and/or strategic innovation programs and projects.
This position plays an important role in the growth and development of the group and contributes to organizational effectiveness, transparency, and communication as a matrix leader driving projects, innovation, and capability growth.

Base: $117,000.00 - $201,250.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for long-term incentive program; Benefits: Vacation, Sick time, Holiday pay, Work/Personal/Family Time, Parental Leave, Bereavement Leave, Caregiver Leave, Volunteer Leave, Military Spouse Time-Off
