Must-have
Flexible scheduling with shift differentials
Support therapeutic programs and patient safety
Work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in diverse psychiatric units
Nice-to-have
Experience with adult and pediatric populations
Ability to work in a latex safe environment
Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations
Work with energetic and enthusiastic team members
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field or 1 year behavioral health experience
Certification in Basic Life Support within 2 weeks of hire
Certification in TACT and First Aid within first 6 months
Maintain current BLS, TACT, and First Aid certifications annually or biannually
