Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
  • Experience in management, catering, concessions, inventory control, POS systems, digital content, and menu planning in an arena or stadium environment preferred
  • Serv-Safe Manager certification required or obtained within 60 days of hiring
