Job Summary

  • The Safety Training & Communications Lead is responsible for developing, governing, and continuously improving AirTrunk’s Safety Training Framework (Safety Academy).
  • This role will own the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) matrix, govern the AirTrunk Safety LMS (Seed) across regions, and uplift high risk competency programs.
  • The role plays a critical part in supporting AirTrunk Safety Management systems uplift, audit readiness, customer assurance, and AirTrunk’s ambition to be a Global Leader in Safety.
