Key Requirements
5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or dermatology sales experience
3+ years training, learning & development, or field trainer experience
Proven success leading product launch training
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Education, Psychology or related field
Proficiency in LMS platforms and virtual training tools
