Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the primary contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and requirements inventory management.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, participating in Sales/Operations meetings, and maintaining price lists in Oracle.
Supports customer requests for quotes and pricing, coordinates material returns, monitors progress from initial contact to final resolution, and provides timely reports to various departments.

Key Requirements

Ability to read and interpret contracts and specification sheets
