Key Requirements

  • 5+ years laboratory or calibration/metrology experience
  • 2+ years supervisory, lead, or senior technician role
  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, physical sciences, electronics, engineering, metrology, or related experience
  • Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop technical staff
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records
