Job Summary

• The automation engineer will provide process control assistance for manufacturing areas using various technologies including Distributed Control Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, and IP21 data systems.
• They will work closely with line leadership, technical and manufacturing resources to understand site needs and support capital project teams in designing process control solutions.
• The role involves participating in key Process Safety Management processes such as Management of Change, Process Hazard Analysis, and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews.

Key Requirements

• BS in Engineering preferred
• 15+ years industrial controls and automation experience or 5+ years process control experience
• Hands-on experience with ABB Bailey Infi90/Symphony+ DCS and Rockwell PLCs preferred
• Experience at a PSM-regulated site preferred
• Satisfactory drug screen and background check
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum 3 years process control experience
