Job Summary
The Core Banking platform is the deterministic engine behind Australia’s largest and most demanding financial services institution, underpinning transaction processing, ledger integrity, and position keeping at national scale.
As Chief Engineer, Core Banking, you will define the technical direction and engineering craft for the ledger and platform ecosystem, operating comfortably across infrastructure, platform and application layers.
Success looks like measurable uplift in SLIs/SLOs and reduced MTTD/MTTR for critical incidents, enterprise adoption of reusable platform patterns, and clear progress on legacy modernisation.
