The Risk and Compliance Leader will lead the global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program and will be responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving Applied Materials’ end-to-end TPRM program across procurement and commercial third parties.

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in procurement, contracting, compliance, audit, or risk management
Deep understanding of procurement processes, contract law, regulatory compliance, and third-party risk
Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba), risk tools, and data analytics platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field
