Must-have
Lead end-to-end digital transformation
PMO for large capital projects
Drive adoption of digital/AI solutions
Establish and run the PMO
Build/ maintain Integrated Master Schedule
Implement Cost Controls
Drive Risk & Safety Management
Nice-to-have
Client-facing lead for multi billion dollar programs
Lead multi-disciplinary teams
Manage benefits realization
Strong commercial acumen
Proposal support/pre sales a plus
Extensive travel to site/client offices
Key Requirements
6-8 years relevant experience
PMP® certification (mandatory)
BE/ B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) + MBA
Demonstrated hands-on with at least 3 of: Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, BIM, Drone/LiDAR workflows, EVM, IoT/SCADA/TAS integrations, GenAI copilots
