Job Summary

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of health and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Coordinate and deliver safety training programs to employees across all levels to ensure awareness of safe work practices, proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and emergency procedures.
  • This role offers an annual base salary in the anticipated range of $80,000–$110,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Key Requirements

  • University degree in engineering
  • NCSO designation (working towards)
  • 3 - 5 years Construction/Mayor Infrastructure experience
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Acts and Regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software tools
