JLL is seeking a Project Cost Manager to oversee construction cost budgeting, project forecasting, and client communications for various projects in Jersey City and New York. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of cost management experience, preferably in construction or real estate, and hold a relevant bachelor’s degree

Job Summary

  • Review and develop construction cost budgets for feasibility studies, preliminary, schematic, design documents & construction document budgets in support of a variety of construction projects.
  • Create and execute contracts base on full scope projects and compile project unit pricing and labor rates from contractors.
