Job Summary

• The VIP Server will provide professional client food and beverage services and support in the planning, organization, and management of events within the facility.
• Essential duties include providing exceptional, professional, and attentive food and beverage service, assisting with preparation and set-up, and reporting guest concerns to the Food and Beverage Manager.
• This role requires a high school diploma or GED, TABC and Texas Food Handlers certification, and 5 years of food service or restaurant experience.
