Own documentation including MBOMs and work instructions
Analyze metrics for cost reduction and capacity increase

Experience building production operations from scratch
Harness and PCBA fabrication experience
Knowledge of sheet metal, machining, and 3D printing
Experience with NX/Teamcenter software
Personal hardware manufacturing projects
Key Requirements
Degree in engineering, math, or hard science
5+ years in manufacturing or similar position
Eligible to obtain and maintain active US Top Secret security clearance
Physical experience manufacturing hardware via machining, soldering, or assembly
