Job Summary

  • Support business planning and operational coordination activities across the Seeds Latin America region by consolidating information, performing analysis, and ensuring alignment between demand, production, supply chain, and financial areas.
  • Lead the support and coordination of the annual Seeds production Multi‑Year Plan (MYP) review process for Latin America, ensuring alignment across countries, functions, and planning horizons.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, production, demand, Marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and operational plans.
