Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition immediately.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring residents' safety through frequent checks and proper handling of equipment.
