Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager of Change Management will serve as a strategic partner, coaching sponsors, stakeholders and project team members and building strategies and tactics to drive change readiness and faster adoption.
  • Responsibilities include serving as a strategic partner to Sr. Leaders and Project Leads, providing dedicated, strategic change management leadership for complex, large-scale organizational changes, and developing and implementing customized, structured change management strategies and plans.

Key Requirements

  • BA/BS in HR, Communications, Business Administration, Finance or related Business field and 7+ years related business experience
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in change management principles, methodologies and tools, and change management certification
  • 5+ years of dedicated Change Management experience
  • Masters in Business Administration or MS in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related Business field and 8 to 12 years of related business experience
