Job Summary

• The Director of Clinical Education will drive the development and execution of clinical and professional education programs across North America, supporting the strategic goals of our orthodontic business.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with orthodontic key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians, customers, speakers, and the sales force to ensure the success of educational initiatives and enhance commercial outcomes through clinical excellence.
• Manages a team of Education Managers and Coordinators, carrying out managerial responsibilities including training, planning, assigning work, setting performance goals, appraising performance, rewarding, motivating, coaching, and engaging employees.
