Job Summary

  • The Banquet Captain is responsible for performing the duties necessary to execute catered events as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Responsible for completing a Captain’s Report after each event and clearing and cleaning all catering areas after each event.
  • Must be TIPS Food Handler Certified and have the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
