The Director of Graduation will guide the office in “finishing well,” honoring decades of ministry in Thailand, and preparing Frontline Church Partners for sustainable and locally led impact.
Key responsibilities include leading the office through transition, strengthening churches during their graduation, shepherding the staff team, representing Compassion with grace, and providing strategic thinking for the future.
