Job Summary
Contribute to the growth, profitability and enhancement of the brand of IFF by providing effective regular customer communication to ensure interface between the customer and IFF in understanding and translating their needs and requirements.
Manage designated Customers by completing and executing allocated key account plans, forecasting, sampling, providing price quotations and follow up of customer queries and handling of customer complaints - in accordance with IFF’s procedures in order to deliver the expected customer sales service platform.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science, major in Food Science or Food Technology preferred
Minimum 13-15 years experience in food ingredients
Experience in sales or technical or marketing or business development
Basic knowledge on local food regulation
Have a valid driving license and willing to travel
